Unless the rules of the event venue forbid it, courteous smoking is permitted at Eclipse events. Smoking areas will be designated at the beginning of the event; smoking should be restricted to these areas. Smoking is also permitted inside your cabin, but only with the consent of all the players staying there. All indoor non-smoking signs, however, must be obeyed. Smokers are expected to dispose of their trash appropriately; if a venue complains of cigarette litter, this policy might be forced to change.
Smoking areas in in-play zones remain in-play. Players who are smoking should remain in character, and are subject to the usual risks of the game world.
