Events at Eclipse have several out of play elements. For information on those, check out our page on Events in Brief.

For 2014, Pre-Registration to most events is $60 (one day events are around $20-25 depending on the venue), which includes parking. The cost at check-in is $70. There are some discounts, depending on your circumstances:

• Players new to Rule of Three games get a 50% discount for their first event (please email plot to let them know to expect you).
• Active Military Personnel receive a $15 discount for all games.
• College students receive a $15 discount for all games.
• If you haven’t been to a game in over a year, you receive a $10 discount
• Anyone who brings a new PC to game receives a $10 discount for that game (limit 1 PC per game)
• Anyone who brings a new NPC to game receives a $5 discount for that game (limit 1 NPC per game).

These discounts are not cumulative, and can be changed at any time as the game’s needs dictate.

We recognize that our players are dealing with the same economic struggles the game faces and that at times we have players who simply can’t afford to attend or can’t afford to pay full price. If you are in the position to donate a little extra, you can do on the Donations page. Our Mistress of Pre-Registration will keep track of donations as well as players in need. Please note, all donations will be kept anonymous as will all recipients.

If you pay for, but cannot or choose not to attend any event, you may still submit a checkout form and receive full build and BGAs for that event. If preferred, you may also push your registration to a later event.

If you intend to be a Full Time NPC for any of our events, you can let us know by submitting a NPC Registration form. If you’re not sure if you want to commit to a PC yet, but still want to try out the game, this is a great way to do it, and also to help out plot! Plus, it’s free!
