Yes, Calamity is a Rule of 3 game. Either web address: www.calamitylarp.com or www.ruleof3.net/calamity works. We have that set up for all the games. No, you can't currently link to Calamity off of the Rule of 3 pages. Since we just took the site live I have not yet reached out to the awesome Todd Reis to update that. It'll get there.
Forums - We have noticed a trend away from using the forums. There is so much more engagement through G+ in particular, and we are starting to explore FB as well. Rather than keep doing the same thing just because it has been done in the past, we are experimenting a little. Please bear with us as we work out the kinks. There may not be a forum for Calamity at all. There may just be a link back over to the Ro3 General Forums for overall announcements. We're still looking at options.
Why does Calamity have a separate G+ community? Several people on Calamity staff, as well as at least two owners, try very hard to keep their personal lives from crossing over into their public online presence. The Rule of 3 Larping community is public, by request. I completely respect that and I love that we have a public forum for communication, but I also know that some players don't appreciate the public nature. So for the existing games, we mirror everything over to the forums that needs to be mirrored so they can engage privately. And I, for instance, have this account to use here. So the Calamity staff asked to have a G+ page that wasn't public. That's all there is to it
It is available to anyone and can be reached off of the website. Ditto the FB group. There will also be a Twitter account. I'll continue to post general things on this community from the Owner perspective.I think that's it!
