Born of colonists and adventurers they are seen by most as superstitious and violent. Fringers inhabit the less than hospitable planets in the galaxy, "living free" as they like to call it.
Fringers dress in an amalgam of useful and utilitarian clothing; seldom do two Fringers ever dress alike.
Fringers give tribute to a pantheon of Gods and Goddesses. Strangely their pantheon is quite similar to the Tribes' but the names and some imagery is different.
